Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 per year

Job description: As a Program Architect, you will work with project teams in a dynamic, rapid-growth work environment with bright and talented engineers, architects, designers, builders, crafters, and manufacturers to improve and deploy a prototype building program and to build an alternative to the traditional construction industry. From desk to factory floor to job sites and client meetings, you will be challenged to develop your skills in a new field, taking a critical role in project delivery via the DMC methodology

Join our dynamic team as an IT Support Specialist, where you'll play a crucial role in delivering top-notch technology support across our plant headquarters, construction sites, and hybrid workspaces. We're looking for a passionate individual who thrives on solving technical challenges and ensuring smooth operations for our staff. If you're driven, communicative, and tech-savvy, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

  • Provide high-quality technology support to our team members across multiple locations, including plant headquarters, construction sites, and hybrid workspaces.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computer hardware, software systems, and basic network systems.
  • Collaborate with team members to implement effective technology solutions and optimize operational efficiency.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders at all levels, both verbally and in writing.
  • Maintain a positive and proactive approach to problem-solving, demonstrating creativity and strong analytical skills.

What You'll Bring:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a computer science field, or 1 to 2 years of experience in a tier 1 tech support role, or a Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience in a tier 1 tech support role.
  • Strong understanding of Windows OS, computer hardware, software systems, and basic network systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team environment, while also being self-motivated and proactive.
  • Familiarity with enterprise tools such as Microsoft O365 Admin, MS Intune, MS Azure, MS Defender, MS SharePoint, Active Directory, Atlassian Jira and Confluence, Meraki network systems, and Windows OS.
