Job Details:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IVF Nurse Manager - RN to join our rapidly growing team in the medical industry. This exciting role involves overseeing the daily operations of our fertility clinic, ensuring that we provide the highest level of care to our patients. The successful candidate will be a skilled communicator, able to coordinate and manage a team of nurses and healthcare professionals. This role requires not only a deep understanding of the medical aspects of fertility treatments but also exceptional leadership and management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the fertility clinic, ensuring a high standard of patient care and service delivery.
• Manage a team of nurses and healthcare professionals, providing them with guidance, support, and mentorship.
• Coordinate with doctors, embryologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care for patients.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for the fertility clinic.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Participate in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
• Facilitate patient education and counselling sessions related to fertility treatments.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advancements in fertility treatments and technologies.
• Participate in budgeting and financial management of the clinic.
• Address patient concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a fertility clinic or related setting.
• Proven experience in a leadership or management role within a healthcare setting.
• Extensive knowledge of fertility treatments and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and compassion.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Understanding of healthcare regulations and safety standards.
• Proficiency in using healthcare software systems.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
