Job DetailsWe are seeking an experienced Transactional Attorney for our Financial Services practice!!
Must have 4 plus years of experience
Working knowledge of syndicated credit facilities, and leveraged financial transactions.
Excellent academic performance and strong interpersonal skills
Juris Doctor degree
Admission to the North Carolina State Bar preferred.
