We are seeking a Construction Scheduler and Document Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for a professional with a deep understanding of the construction industry, who thrives in fast-paced environments, and has a proven track record in planning, scheduling, and managing exhibits. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring our construction projects are completed on time and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules, including project phasing, project milestones, material delivery, and manpower projections.
  2. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and construction crews to ensure scheduling accuracy and alignment with project objectives.
  3. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, verify status, and identify potential issues.
  4. Prepare and update project documentation, including plans, reports, and correspondence.
  5. Ensure all necessary permits and licenses are obtained and kept current.
  6. Manage project exhibits, including creation, organization, and maintenance.
  7. Collaborate with the project team to manage and mitigate risks and delays.
  8. Provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding project status and schedule.
  9. Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and in compliance with company standards and legal requirements.
  10. Participate in project meetings and provide expert input regarding scheduling and documentation.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction scheduling and document management.
  3. Proven experience with planning, scheduling, and managing exhibits.
  4. Proficient with construction management software and scheduling tools.
  5. Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
  6. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  7. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  8. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  10. Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various construction sites as needed.
