Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year

The Sr. Alloy Engineer will design and executes experimental work aimed at enhancing the understanding of the performance of aluminum alloy sheet and plate products. Relates microstructures and processes to physical and mechanical properties. Analyzes experimental results and makes recommendations for plant processing of new products. Independently troubleshoots issues that arise related to property excursions in sheet and plate products. Establishes root causes and solves material/process related problems.
Basic Qualifications
PhD in Materials Science & Engineering or Metallurgy
2 years related experience
