Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year

Job Details

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee and manage the integration, operation, and maintenance of retail systems including POS systems and APIs.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies into existing systems.
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to retail systems and integrations.
  4. Develop and implement protocols for the use and maintenance of retail technology.
  5. Work closely with vendors and third-party providers to ensure the successful implementation and integration of new systems.
  6. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of retail systems, making recommendations for improvements or upgrades as necessary.
  7. Ensure the security and integrity of retail systems, protecting company and customer data at all times.
  8. Provide training and support to staff on the use of retail systems.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, specifically with retail systems and integrations.
  3. Strong knowledge and experience with POS systems and API integration.
  4. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
  5. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  6. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technological concepts to non-technical staff.
  7. Strong knowledge of data security protocols and procedures.
  8. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  9. Strong team player, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  10. Strong vendor management skills, with the ability to negotiate and manage third-party providers effectively.
  11. Proactive and forward-thinking, with the ability to anticipate potential issues and make recommendations for improvements or upgrades.
