Seeking an experienced employment defense litigation associate attorney with at least 3-5 years of litigation experience and must have excellent research, writing, and case management skills.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to CA bar and in good standing.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in employment defense
- Strong legal research and writing skills, with the ability to draft and review legal documents accurately and efficiently.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple cases and meet tight deadlines.
