Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys in managing family law cases, including divorce, child custody, spousal support, and adoption matters.
- Draft and prepare legal documents such as petitions, motions, affidavits, and court orders tailored to individual client needs.
- Conduct client interviews and gather necessary information to support case preparation and strategy.
- Manage case files, ensuring all documents are organized and deadlines are met.
