Salary: $140,000 - $180,000 per year

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in workers' compensation defense
• Experience with depositions, mediations, attending hearings and cross-examining physicians
• Experience working in different industries including: construction, healthcare, retail and school districts
• Knowable with employee benefits and insurance policies
• CA Bar
• CA Resident
