Salary: $20 - $32 per hour

• Steel Fabrication Fit-Up: Perform daily fit-up of miscellaneous steel fabrications in preparation for welding, ensuring strict adherence to approved shop drawings and quality control standards.
• Equipment Operation: Operate Peddinghaus Drill Line and Peddinghaus Anglemaster, and maintain general knowledge of equipment used in steel fabrication.
• Safety & Communication: Maintain a clean and safe working environment, report safety concerns in real-time, and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Shop Drawing Interpretation: Accurately read, review, and interpret shop drawings with attention to detail to ensure quality assurance during fabrication.
• Independent & Team Work: Take direction from the shop manager and work independently or collaboratively as needed, utilizing tools such as overhead cranes, hand tools, and power tools.
