Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 per year

Qualifications:
To be considered for the Sr. Preconstruction Manager position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 10+ years of experience in preconstruction management in the construction industry.
- Expertise in project planning, estimating, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Proficiency in P6 and Destiny or equivalent project management software.
- Strong technical knowledge of construction methods and practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with a diverse team of professionals.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve potential issues before they impact the project.
- A proven track record of managing preconstruction activities for large-scale construction projects.
- A bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
