Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Audit Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate must possess a strong background in Assurance/Audit, within Real Estate, High Net Worth, C-Corp/S-Corp and be a CPA with the ability to manage a team of auditors. As a Permanent Audit Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our organization's financial records.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement audit plans, including risk assessments, testing procedures, and audit reports.
  • Manage a team of auditors and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments within the organization to identify areas of risk and develop strategies to mitigate those risks.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for process improvements as needed.
  • Prepare and present audit reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations for improvement.
  • Provide training and support to other members of the organization on audit-related topics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • CPA certification required.
  • 3+ years of experience in Assurance, Audit, or related field.
  • Experience managing a team of auditors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience working with High Net Worth clients is a plus.
