We are on the hunt for a dynamic and experienced Permanent Process Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing our manufacturing processes, driving efficiency, and ensuring the highest level of quality in our products. This position is ideal for a skilled professional with a keen eye for detail, a deep understanding of manufacturing processes, and a passion for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Process Engineer, your main responsibilities will include:

1. Analyzing existing manufacturing processes and identifying areas for improvement.
2. Using your expertise in AutoCAD to design and implement new, more efficient manufacturing processes.
3. Leading and managing projects aimed at improving our manufacturing processes.
4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and design, to ensure that our manufacturing processes align with company objectives and quality standards.
5. Developing and implementing process control techniques and procedures into manufacturing environments.
6. Analyzing manufacturing data and presenting findings to management.
7. Assisting in the development and maintenance of a company-wide continuous improvement culture.
8. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining clean and safe work areas.
9. Training staff on new processes and procedures.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Permanent Process Engineer position will have:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years' experience in process engineering within the manufacturing industry.
3. Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software.
4. Proven experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams.
5. A strong understanding of continuous improvement methodologies.
6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
8. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
9. A proactive approach to work, with a strong focus on quality and efficiency.
10. The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
