Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Permanent Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a key contributor to our high-performing engineering team, focusing on the development, design, and manufacturing of our innovative product lines. This role offers a unique opportunity to apply your skills in Project Management, Engineering Analysis, Quality Control, Product Development, and Manufacturing Processes. If you have a passion for mechanical testing and are proficient in using AutoCAD and Solidworks, we would love to hear from you. Experience in HVAC, blowers, and industrial fans is a significant asset.

Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Mechanical Engineer, your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Developing and designing new products from concept to completion, using your expertise in Engineering Analysis and Product Development.
  2. Managing projects effectively, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget.
  3. Implementing and maintaining Quality Control procedures to uphold the high standards of our products.
  4. Overseeing and optimizing Manufacturing Processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  5. Conducting rigorous Mechanical Testing to ensure the safety and reliability of our products.
  6. Using AutoCAD and Solidworks to create detailed designs and plans.
  7. Applying your knowledge of HVAC, blowers, and industrial fans to the development of our products.
  8. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of projects.
  9. Identifying and solving technical issues using your strong problem-solving skills.
  10. Keeping up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our products remain competitive.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  2. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role within the Manufacturing industry.
  3. Proven experience in Project Management, Engineering Analysis, Quality Control, Product Development, and Manufacturing Processes.
  4. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Solidworks, and other relevant software.
  5. Experience with HVAC, blowers, and industrial fans is highly desirable.
  6. Excellent problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  8. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  9. Commitment to continuous learning and development.
  10. Professional Engineering (PE) certification is a plus.
