Salary: $100,000 - $119,000 per year

• Seeking a professional Registered Nurse who speaks fluent Mandarin or Cantonese to perform health assessments for patients in their home and facility settings to assess a patient’s health care status and needs
• Monitor and train Aide staff on patient plan of care and infection control
• Maintain close communication with the Director of Patient Services in the office, responding to phone calls and emails in a timely manner.
• Reporting all issues and concerns to the clinical department immediately.
• Completes documentation accurately and submits timely to agency
• Provides the highest quality care in accordance with DOH regulations

Qualifications

• Graduate of approved school of nursing
• Current NYS RN license in good standing
• 1 year of home health nursing experience (preferred)
• Able to function independently with minimum supervision
• Demonstrates strong critical thinking skills
• Ability to thrive independently and autonamously in the Skilled Nursing Facility setting as well as in patients homes
