Salary: $105,000 - $150,000 per year

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Architectural Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate have a background in hospitality projects and will be responsible for managing all aspects of project development from design to construction administration.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the design and construction process for a variety of hospitality projects, including hotels, resorts, restaurants, and other related facilities.
• Review construction documentation, ensuring compliance with all relevant building codes and regulations.
• Oversee the entire project life cycle, from initial concept and design development through construction administration and project closeout.
• Utilize AutoCAD and other design software to create detailed architectural plans, elevations, and sections.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that project goals are met and client expectations are exceeded.
• Manage project budgets, including forecasting costs, tracking expenses, and ensuring financial efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience with recent experience as an Architectural Project Manager .
• Experience with hospitality projects is required.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and other architectural design software.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, construction documentation, and construction administration.
• Proven track record of managing project budgets and delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and team members.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and address potential project risks and issues.
• Professional registration as an Architect or Engineer is preferred.
• LEED Accreditation or a commitment to sustainable design is a plus.
