Job Details:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Permanent Licensed Fire Alarm Technician to join our dynamic team in the construction industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, programming, and maintaining fire alarm systems in various construction projects. This position requires an individual who is proficient with EST, Edwards, EST3, EST4, and other Fire Alarm Systems. The candidate must be able to work independently, solve complex problems, and ensure the safety and security of our projects. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional looking to make a significant impact in a growing company.

Responsibilities:

• Installation, programming, and maintenance of fire alarm systems, including but not limited to EST, Edwards, EST3, and EST4 systems.
• Conduct regular inspections and tests of the fire alarm systems to ensure they are in good working order.
• Diagnose and repair any faults or malfunctions in the fire alarm systems.
• Maintain accurate records of all installation, inspection, and maintenance activities.
• Provide training and guidance to other team members on the operation and maintenance of fire alarm systems.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with other construction team members to ensure the successful completion of projects.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or queries from clients promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid Fire Alarm System Technician License.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Fire Alarm Technician in the construction industry.
• Proficiency with EST, Edwards, EST3, EST4, and other Fire Alarm Systems.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards related to fire alarm systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and repair faults in fire alarm systems.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical information to non-technical team members and clients.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent customer service skills, with a commitment to ensuring client satisfaction.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, with a strong attention to detail.
• Physical fitness, with the ability to lift heavy equipment and work in a variety of conditions.
