Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year

Are you a dynamic, results-oriented professional with a passion for insurance? We are seeking a Commercial Lines Account Executive to join our fast-paced, high-energy team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to utilize your skills in commercial insurance, property and casualty, client management, account management, customer service, certificates, endorsements, policy analysis, proposals, and renewals.

Responsibilities:

As a Commercial Lines Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in the success of our organization. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Managing a diverse portfolio of commercial lines accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and fostering strong client relationships.
2. Conducting thorough policy analysis to ensure coverage adequacy and competitiveness, and making recommendations for enhancements.
3. Preparing and presenting detailed proposals to clients and prospects, including coverage comparisons, pricing, and terms and conditions.
4. Handling all aspects of policy renewals, from gathering updated information to negotiating pricing and terms with carriers.
5. Issuing certificates and endorsements as required, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all regulations.
6. Collaborating with various teams within the organization to provide comprehensive service to clients and drive business growth.
7. Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to provide informed advice to clients.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Commercial Lines Account Executive position will possess the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 15+ years of experience in commercial insurance, specifically in property and casualty.
2. Proven ability in client management and account management, with a strong focus on customer service.
3. Extensive experience with certificates, endorsements, policy analysis, proposals, and renewals.
4. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
5. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess risk and make informed decisions.
6. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
7. Proficiency in using industry-standard software and tools.
8. A Property & Casualty license is required and a professional designation such as CIC, CPCU, or ARM is highly desirable.
