D.C. office is seeking a talented and motivated attorney with over 7 years of experience in automotive regulatory matters to join our nationally recognized Product Liability & Class Action Litigation practice group.

Preferred candidates will have experience with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), and familiarity with other consumer safety agencies is advantageous. Expertise in federal administrative law, product liability defense, and government investigations and compliance is highly beneficial.

Candidate should have comprehensive case management experience, including fact investigation, discovery, and developing defense strategies.

Strong written communication and oral advocacy skills are essential.

Role requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.

Title flexibility may be available based on experience level.

Admission to practice law in Washington, D.C., or the ability to waive in immediately, is required.
