Salary: $110,000 - $150,000 per year

Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain adherence to the company's standards of safety
  • Ensure that required documentation is filed
  • Assist in creating and managing project budget for all assigned projects
  • Develop pre-construction RFP package
  • Assist in conducting project meetings, setting milestones and formulating monthly owner report
  • Establish job processes (RFIs, submittals, and pay applications) including approving pay applications and negotiating subcontract change orders
  • Update project schedule; ensure project quality control and establish overall project logistics
  • Assist in managing the closeout process
  • Collaborate with the project superintendent and site operations team throughout the life of the project

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field of study
  • 3+ years of previous field experience at a General Contractor
  • Prior experience with ground-up healthcare and tenant improvement projects (OSHPD/HCAI and critical care project experience strongly preferred)
  • Solid understanding of construction equipment and techniques, drawings, and specifications, building materials and required standards applicable to subject area.
  • Advanced abilities with MS Office Suite and Project Management software (MS Project/P6, Excel, Bluebeam, and Timberline)
