Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 per year

As a PM on our team, you will manage and oversee entire BAS/BMS data center projects from start to finish, ensuring that all project requirements are met within the given timeline and budget. You will also conduct regular site visits to ensure that the installation and commissioning of the BAS/BMS systems are done according to the project specifications.

MUST HAVE:

• 3+ years of BAS/BMS or HVAC Controls project management experience
• Experience working with one of the following BAS/BMS platforms: Schneider Electric, Johnson Controls, Siemens, Automated Logic, Delta Controls, Distech, or Trane
• Experience working with center and/or critical facilities projects
• Ability to travel to project sites as needed.

NICE TO HAVE:

• BAS/BMS programming
• Automated Logic Experience
• Tridium Niagara
• EPMS and/or DDC experience
