Salary: $180,000 - $240,000 per year

Jobot is unique in many ways, and a large part of what sets us apart is our custom-built software (Applicant Tracking System) called Jax! Our Software Architect will help drive the innovation and capability of our ATS, having a direct impact on the success of our Jobot Family’s ability to provide exceptional service to our clients and candidates.

3 Things that are Needed for this Job:

• 3+ years of full stack coding experience, with an emphasis on back-end engineering
• 1+ years of Go experience, or 3+ years of experience in another back-end language
• 1+ years of React experience, or 3+ years in a different front-end language

3 Things You will be Doing in this Job:

• Take a concept and turn it into a functional feature by implementing the frontend and backend for it in Jax
• Work with our other architects to build high performance infrastructure, schemas, APIs, AI driven functionality, data pipelines, event systems, and standalone processes
• Ensure we have fantastic integrations with our partners and a flexible system that evolves to meet the needs of recruiters, clients, and candidates

3 Things that You are GREAT at about this Job:

• Hands on experience developing high volume websites or SaaS products
• Knowledge of best practices and architectural principles
• Creative and technical way of thinking, with a knack for finding solutions

Where?

If you are local to Newport Beach, CA, this role can be hybrid one day per week at our beautiful Jobot House. We will also consider great candidates who are not local in a remote capacity.
