Full Time Field Service Technician needed in Owings Mills, MD for full time job opportunity!!

This role involves maintaining customer equipment, addressing urgent service needs, and supporting project upgrades for the automated machinery product line. Other responsibilities:

• Focus on hardware and controls, particularly in automation machinery.
• Drive cost and efficiency improvements in project designs.
• Deliver prompt technical responses, concepts, and solutions.
• Provide technical advisory support for production, installation, and service.
• Participate in a team to handle customer support calls during and after regular work hours.

• Preferred experience in PLC programming and troubleshooting.
• Experience with sortation systems in a material handling environment is a plus.
• Experience in a support, engineering, or manufacturing environment is desired.
