Scope of Responsibilities:

• Ensures coils are loaded promptly.
• Helps press operators and others on the operations of the press, and all required procedures for checking the quality of parts after die change. Assist press operators with upcoming die setups.
• Ensuring correct routings and labels are at workstations.
• Ensures that press operators are using correct lubricants on assigned jobs.
• Redirects operators to other areas if their press is down.
• Maintains clean, safe, well-organized workstation and surrounding area.
• Consistently follows production and safety procedures.
• Complies with TS 16949 and ISO 14004 (EMS) procedures and ensures operators are following them.
• Performs other duties and projects as required by the Production Supervisor or Plant Manager.
