Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year

We are a well-established and rapidly growing international, full-service logistics and warehouse firm.

We have built deep relationships over the last four decades. As the world changed to e-commerce and D2C, we shifted with our clients and now use our multiple warehouses to support recognizable and growing brands in getting their products to their customers' hands as quickly as possible.

This role will sit in Elgin and oversee warehouses there, in South Carolina, and Washington.

This role will take the existing data collected, entered, and reported to a new level. We are looking for someone who can handle the usual budgets, P&L, and cost vs revenue, but use the data to drive, forecast, and react to results. We add complex clients regularly - the right candidate will use their financial knowledge to analyze both past and new data to offer the best advice to Account Managers and Leadership.

Onsite in Elgin

Warehouse Management System (WMS) preferred

Build quarterly and yearly budgets

Invoice clients with regularity

Ability to train others on best billing practices

Set up long-lasting financial procedures

Proficient in Office - Excel tables and formulas

Bachelor Degree

2+ years of experience
