Job Details

Family Medicine Physician Qualifications:

  • Education: MD or DO degree, completion of a 4-year undergraduate program, 4 years of medical school, 1-year rotating internship, and 2 years of residency.
  • Certification: Board certified or board eligible in Family Practice, with a commitment to obtaining certification within two years if not yet certified.
  • Experience: Completion of annual Continuing Medical Education (CME) requirements.
