Salary: $75,000 - $110,000 per year

Job DetailsResponsibilities:
- Manage field trades on electrical construction projects.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to address work procedures, complaints, and construction issues.
- Supervise mid-sized to large projects, coordinating personnel and resources.
- Assist in estimating and project planning.
- Coordinate work assignments and ensure timely availability of materials, tools, and manpower.
- Determine labor requirements and schedule workers accordingly.
- Communicate with the General Contractor regarding project scheduling and performance.
- Supervise installation of electrical systems and related components.
- Monitor work progress, direct supervisors and crews, and adjust schedules as needed.
- Ensure timely delivery of office correspondence, safety documentation, and administrative paperwork.
- Oversee project safety and investigate any incidents involving employees.
- Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
Requirements:
- Current Journeyman Electrician License in TX or reciprocal state.
- Minimum 6 years of experience managing large electrical projects in commercial/industrial construction.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to company's safety culture.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- High School Graduate, GED, or equivalent.
- Good attendance record and compliance with notification procedures.
- Ability to pass drug and background checks.
Work Environment and Physical Demands:
- Work in various environmental conditions, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
- Ability to work 8-10 hours per day, including overtime and night shifts.
- Physical tasks involving lifting, bending, and repetitive arm/hand movements.
- Good vision and color recognition.
- Work on construction sites with typical exposures.
