Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with accountants, managers, and partners on various client engagements
  • Oversee all phases of engagements, ensuring timely deliverables
  • Develop expertise in niche industries to provide management advisory and consulting services
  • Prepare workpapers, financial statements, and related reports, including footnotes
  • Conduct research and apply creative, effective solutions in line with accounting and auditing standards
  • Build and maintain relationships with client accounting personnel
  • Review and prioritize the work of Associate I and Associate II accountants
  • Train, evaluate, and mentor junior accountants
  • Ensure audit and accounting tasks are completed efficiently and meet professional standards

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of audit and attest experience in a CPA firm
  • CPA license or actively pursuing licensure
  • Solid understanding of GAAP
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex issues clearly
  • Excellent financial analysis and client service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple engagements and meet deadlines
  • Team-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in Caseware, Caseview, and Suralink is a plus.
