Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year
A bit about us:We are a leading multifamily renovation construction company in need of a talented Superintendent to work job sites throughout LA County. You will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and organizing local projects as related to multifamily apartment construction.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of construction management experience required
- Apartment renovation experience a must
- Experience with plan reading, & take-offs.
- Expertise in site development and apartment building construction method
- Software experience with MS Excel, Word, Outlook & Project
