We are seeking a seasoned Solar Commercial Project Manager to join our dynamic and fast-paced Energy industry team. The chosen candidate will play a vital role in managing and delivering solar energy projects from the initial stages to completion. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute significantly to our company's growth while working in a stimulating and innovative environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Helioscope or equivalent, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field.

Responsibilities:

As a Solar Commercial Project Manager, you will:

  1. Oversee and manage all aspects of solar energy projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
  2. Utilize Helioscope or equivalent software to design and model solar energy systems, optimize system performance, and generate detailed reports.
  3. Work closely with the engineering team to ensure that project designs are technically sound, cost-effective, and compliant with relevant regulations and standards.
  4. Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, suppliers, and regulatory authorities, to ensure smooth project progress.
  5. Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement appropriate solutions.
  6. Prepare and present regular project updates and reports to senior management and clients.
  7. Contribute to business development efforts by identifying new project opportunities, preparing proposals, and participating in contract negotiations.
  8. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the solar energy industry, and leverage this knowledge to improve project outcomes and drive innovation.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Permanent Solar Commercial Project Manager position will have:

  1. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing solar energy projects, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  3. Proficiency in using Helioscope or equivalent software for solar energy system design and modeling.
  4. Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
  5. Strong technical knowledge of solar energy systems, including design principles, performance optimization, and regulatory compliance.
  6. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with various stakeholders.
  7. A results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
  8. A high level of integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to sustainable energy solutions.
