Job DetailsWe are hiring a personal injury litigation associate who will primarily responsible to litigate cases from inception through trial.
Negotiation of pre-litigation and litigation settlements against insurance companies and defense counsel;
Litigate personal injury cases from the inception of filing complaints, discovery, until resolution;
Drafting and propounding discovery;
Taking and defending depositions;
Drafting pleadings and law and motion;
Court appearances;
Legal writing and research;
Customer service with clients;
Pre-trial motions in limine; trial prep; and chairing trials;
Reviewing cases for settlement;
Drafting settlement demands;
Corresponding with insurance companies and defense counsel.
CA Bar License (Required)
Litigation: 1-3+ years (Preferred)
