Job Details

We're actively seeking a Structural Engineer with a strong industrial background and impressive analytical skills. We want someone who can swiftly understand our clients' challenges, offering innovative solutions and system improvements. As part of the team, you'll be responsible for assessing, planning, and executing structural designs across diverse projects, including new constructions, additions, and modifications to existing structures. Job Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive technical information at every stage of proposals, engineering, design, and construction to empower proposal and project teams in Structural Engineering.
  • Create engineering drawings and specifications for cutting-edge structural designs.
  • Execute detailed engineering calculations using building codes, engineering software, and spreadsheets.
  • Prepare construction contract documents that reflect excellence in structural design.
  • Showcase a proficient understanding of International Building Codes, OSHA standards, and Federal government standards.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to undertake diverse projects for various clients and industries.
  • Efficiently manage projects, ensuring they meet critical deadlines and engineering budgets.
  • Conduct thorough shop drawing reviews and field inspections for quality assurance.
  • Demonstrate expertise in designing structural steel, reinforced concrete, and reinforced masonry systems and components.
  • Bonus points for experience in papermaking, power generation, and food & beverage industries.
  • Skillfully estimate construction and engineering costs.
