Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 per year

We are a leading plumbing, HVAC contracting, and specialty general contracting company that's looking to hire an Accounting Manager ASAP!

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Construction Management or related field
• 10+ years of financial experience in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or General Contractors financials
• Significant knowledge of Project Controls/Project management processes
• PMI Certification or other contracting/project management certifications preferred
• Knowledge of Accounting/Finance principles and practices (GAAP)
• Construction Accounting Experience, AIA Billing, Certified Payroll, Job Costing, Financial Modeling, Forecasting & Budgeting preferred
• Oracle JD Edwards, Microsoft Excel, Hyperion HFM, Essbase, Textura, SCA LCMS, Prolog
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Strong financial acumen and analytical abilities
