Salary: $200,000 - $250,000 per year

A bit about us:

We are an established Defense firm looking to add an experienced Corporate Of-Counsel Attorney to our team! The ideal candidate will have extensive Corporate Law experience, especially in working with Private companies handling matters involving M&A, ECVC, Formations, Governance, etc. If this sounds like you, and you have a book of business along with the hunger and drive to continue bringing in new clients- they have the structure and support in place for you to do extremely well here! Commissions are uncapped and earning potential is huge! All candidates who will be considered need to be licensed to practice law in California.

Job Details

Requirements:

Experience working with complex tax issues
Recent experience working at a Private Firm
Having a Book of Business is required!
Extensive Corporate Law background (Experience working with Private Companies is a MUST!)
Experience with M&A, ECVC, Formations, Governance, etc. is ideal!
Licensed with the California Bar.
