Salary: $160,000 - $185,000 per year

Our fast-paced, highly reputable law firm is seeking a seasoned Permanent Estate Planning Attorney with a strong background in asset protection. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team of professionals who are committed to providing innovative solutions to complex legal issues. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to manage a diverse caseload, advising clients on matters related to estate planning, probate, trusts, and asset protection. This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in the legal industry, specifically in estate planning and asset protection.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive legal advice on a wide range of estate planning matters, including wills, trusts, probate, and asset protection.
• Draft and review legal documents related to estate planning and asset protection.
• Manage a diverse caseload, ensuring all cases are handled efficiently and effectively.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional client service at all times.
• Stay abreast of changes in laws and regulations related to estate planning and asset protection

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Estate Planning Attorney, with a strong focus on asset protection.
• Must be licensed to practice law in the state of Washington
• Demonstrated knowledge of estate planning laws and regulations, including wills, trusts, probate, and asset protection.
• Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to resolve complex legal issues.
