Job Details

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Estate Planning Attorney, with a strong focus on asset protection.
  • Must be licensed to practice law in the state of Washington
  • Demonstrated knowledge of estate planning laws and regulations, including wills, trusts, probate, and asset protection.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to resolve complex legal issues.
