Job Details

A traditional full-service MEPT consulting design firm in the greater Nashville, Tennessee area.

We interact with architects across the country on multiple project types. We are growing and looking to add the best talent available to increase our capacity.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Plumbing Designer located in Nashville TN.

The Plumbing Designer will be responsible for developing plumbing system plans and specifications for commercial, healthcare, and industrial buildings, collaborating with architects and engineers to ensure compliance with codes and regulations, performing site investigations, designing plumbing systems and layouts, and conducting hydraulic calculations and cost estimates.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years experience in Plumbing Design or Mechanical Engineering
  • Thorough knowledge of plumbing design codes, standards, and regulations
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and hydraulic calculations software
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and innovatively
  • Experience in healthcare plumbing design is a plus
  • Excellent time management and project management skills
