We are seeking a highly skilled, experienced, and passionate Contract Orthopedic Spine Surgeon to join our dynamic medical team. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment where you will be responsible for providing high-quality surgical care to our patients. You will be working with a team of dedicated healthcare professionals who are committed to providing the best possible care to our patients. This is a contract position that requires a minimum commitment of three years.

Responsibilities:

As a Contract Orthopedic Spine Surgeon, your responsibilities will include:

  1. Providing comprehensive diagnosis, treatment, and management of disorders, injuries, and diseases of the spine.
  2. Performing various types of spinal surgeries including but not limited to disc replacement surgery, spinal fusion surgery, and minimally invasive spine surgery.
  3. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans for patients.
  4. Participating in rounds, consultations, and meetings to provide expert advice related to spine disorders and surgeries.
  5. Keeping up-to-date with the latest advancements and best practices in orthopedic spine surgery.
  6. Ensuring all healthcare regulations and safety standards are met during the surgical procedures.
  7. Providing post-operative care including patient follow-ups and adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
  8. Participating in research activities related to orthopedic spine surgery.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Contract Orthopedic Spine Surgeon position should possess the following qualifications:

  1. A medical degree from an accredited medical school.
  2. Board certification in Orthopedic Surgery.
  3. A minimum of three years of experience in Orthopedic Spine Surgery.
  4. Proven experience in performing various types of spine surgeries.
  5. Excellent manual dexterity and physical stamina to perform complex surgical procedures.
  6. Strong knowledge of the latest advancements and best practices in orthopedic spine surgery.
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, their families, and the healthcare team.
  8. Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
  9. Strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
  10. Active and unrestricted medical license.
