Key Responsibilities:

• Actively monitor and ensure production efficiency and quality, completing all required documentation and reports with accuracy.
• Troubleshoot equipment and setup issues, perform necessary testing, and understand the corrective actions needed to achieve successful outcomes.
• Assist in reducing the need for remakes by promptly identifying and addressing problems.
• Perform clean-up and maintenance tasks according to company SOPs.
• Maintain a high level of productivity, meeting the department’s expectations for setup time and run speeds.

Success Factors:

• Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with all production staff.
• Solid mechanical background.
• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
• Capable of lifting up to 40 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally. The role also requires extended periods of computer work, manual dexterity, concentration, and good speaking, hearing, and vision abilities.
