Job Details

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee and manage distributor and customer relationships in assigned region.
  • Increase sales and profit margins with assigned accounts.
  • Responsible to implement Corporate Sales Strategy and keeping CRM update for assigned accounts.
  • Review lost opportunities to provide feedback to manage for pricing, product, service/support, and sales strategy.
  • Submit a monthly report to consist of target account updates, quotation feedback, and distributor updates and training.
  • Ensure CRM data is accurate and current for team.
  • Responsible for setting sales goals, including new business targets and objectives for the assigned account
  • Develop and implementation of respective sales plans.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Associate or Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or similar
  • Controls experience.
  • Willingness to learn hydraulics and mobile hydraulics.
  • 3-years minimum of sales experience selling an engineered product.
