This role is designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a keen eye for detail. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production during the third shift, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

As a 3rd Shift Production Supervisor, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Supervising the production process to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
2. Coordinating and scheduling production activities to meet deadlines.
3. Implementing and maintaining safety standards and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
4. Training, coaching, and providing feedback to production staff to enhance performance.
5. Identifying and resolving production issues to prevent delays.
6. Collaborating with other departments to streamline production processes.
7. Monitoring and maintaining inventory of raw materials and finished products.
8. Regularly reviewing and updating production procedures and protocols.
9. Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
10. Preparing and presenting production reports to management.

Qualifications:

To be considered for the 3rd Shift Production Supervisor position, you should possess the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role in a production environment.
2. Proven experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC).
3. Strong leadership and team management skills.
4. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
5. Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.
6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
8. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
9. Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and procedures.
10. Ability to work during the night shift on a permanent basis.
