Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney to join our dynamic team in Manhattan. This is a unique opportunity to work on challenging and high-profile personal injury cases, with a focus on providing superior legal representation to our clients who have been victims of personal injury. Our firm is renowned for its commitment to justice and its unyielding advocacy for those who have been injured due to the negligence of others.

  1. Represent clients in all stages of personal injury litigation, from the initial meeting with the client through trial.
  2. Conduct thorough case investigations to identify potential legal claims and defendants.
  3. Draft and file complaints and other legal documents, ensuring that all filings are done in a timely and accurate manner.
  4. Handle all aspects of discovery, including drafting and responding to interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admission.
  5. Conduct and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts.
  6. Engage in motion practice, including drafting and arguing motions.
  7. Prepare clients and witnesses for trial, and represent clients at trial.
  8. Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel, insurance companies, and other parties.
  9. Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them informed about the progress of their case.
  10. Stay current on developments in personal injury law and procedure to ensure that clients receive the best possible representation.
  11. Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
  12. Admitted to practice law in the state.
  13. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a plaintiff's personal injury attorney.
  14. Proven track record of success in personal injury litigation, including a history of favorable settlements and verdicts.
  15. Experience with medical malpractice cases is a plus.
  16. Exceptional legal research and writing skills.
  17. Strong negotiation skills.
  18. Ability to handle a high case load and manage multiple deadlines.
  19. Excellent client service skills, with an emphasis on communication and professionalism.
  20. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  21. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasks.
  22. Commitment to the highest ethical standards.
