Job Details:

As a Regional Field Service Technician, you will be a crucial member of our dynamic and rapidly growing team. You will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our customers, ensuring the smooth operation of our cutting-edge packaging machines. You will be the face of our company, interacting directly with our clients, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. This role requires a high level of technical expertise, strong problem-solving abilities, and exceptional customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

As a Regional Field Service Technician, you will:

1. Provide technical support and service for our packaging machines, including troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance.
2. Work closely with our customers, providing them with technical advice and solutions to their problems.
3. Perform preventative maintenance on our machines, helping to ensure their long-term reliability and performance.
4. Travel extensively within your assigned region, providing on-site support to our customers.
5. Work outside normal business hours, including some weekends, as required by our customers' needs.
6. Use your technical expertise and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues with our machines' mechanical, electrical, and operational aspects.
7. Work closely with our sales team, providing them with technical support and advice, and helping to ensure that our customers are satisfied with our products and services.

Qualifications:

To be considered for the role of Regional Field Service Technician, you must have:

1. An Associate's Degree or equivalent technical school diploma in electrical or mechanical engineering or a similar discipline.
2. A minimum of five years of experience in field service, packaging, maintenance, or a related field.
3. Strong mechanical aptitude and electrical troubleshooting skills.
4. Experience with pneumatics.
5. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to interact effectively with our customers.
6. The ability to travel 90% of the time.
7. The willingness to work outside normal business hours, including some weekends, as required by our customers' needs.
8. The ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues with our machines' mechanical, electronic, and operational aspects.
9. A proven track record of problem-solving and preventative maintenance.
10. A commitment to providing excellent customer service, and the ability to build strong relationships with our customers.
