Job Details:

We are seeking a talented and innovative Architectural Designer to join our dynamic engineering team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a passionate individual to create innovative, practical, and functional designs. The successful candidate will be involved in all stages of the architectural process, from conceptualization to implementation. This role demands a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills. You will be working closely with our team of engineers and other professionals to create safe, sustainable, and aesthetically pleasing designs.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the project team to create comprehensive architectural designs and concepts.
2. Utilize Architectural Revit Modeler and other design software to create detailed 2D and 3D models.
3. Prepare and present design proposals to clients, including detailed drawings and specifications.
4. Coordinate with engineers and other professionals to ensure the project's success.
5. Ensure all designs meet legal, safety, and sustainability requirements.
6. Oversee the project from inception to completion, including managing changes and updates.
7. Attend project meetings and site visits as necessary.
8. Continually enhance technical and design skills through ongoing professional development.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Architectural Designer, with a focus on Revit modeling.
3. Proficiency in Architectural Revit Modeler and other design software.
4. Strong portfolio showcasing innovative design skills and a creative approach to problem-solving.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex design concepts to various stakeholders.
6. Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
7. A keen eye for detail, with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
8. Knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations.
9. A strong commitment to sustainable design and environmental stewardship.
