Salary: $120,000 - $135,000 per year

A leading manufacturer of communication equipment, we are seeking a skilled RF Engineer to join our team in West Chester, OH.

Position Overview:

As an RF Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting military communications by delivering high-quality designs, analysis, and validation of co-site equipment. Your work will ensure robust and reliable communications in the field, directly contributing to the effectiveness of military operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design high performance RF products; responsible for projects from start to finish

• Design for low loss, high linearity, EMI/EMC, reliability and thermal performance

• Direct design to accomplish cost, size, weight, power and manufacturability objectives

• Direct workflow of PCB designers to assure superior RF performance of layouts

• Integrate necessary analog and digital interfaces or controls
• Design for EMI/EMC, reliability and thermal performance
• Develop performance validation methodology and production test/alignment processes
• Validate new designs for specification compliance
• Function effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary design team
• Support sales and marketing

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s of Science in Electrical Engineering from an accredited college or university required
• Ability to work onsite in West Chester, OH
• Experience with AWR Microwave Office or similar package highly desired
• Experience with military standards and specifications highly desired
• Experience with military electro-mechanical designs highly desired
