Salary: $150,000 - $225,000 per year

A civil litigation / business attorney to represent those who are involved in an assortment of disputes, whether between individuals or businesses. Attorney will be expected to handle a case, from interviewing the potential client through trial. Areas of experience should include business formation and corporate governance, business contracts, commercial litigation, commercial real estate, and construction law.

• J.D. from an accredited law school and being a member in good standing with the Texas Bar.
• At least ten years of litigation practice in Texas (practice areas outside of commercial litigation are accepted, but there is a strong preference for at least five years of commercial litigation).
• Must live within 25 miles of the Dallas office.
