Job Details:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Permanent Urology Physician Assistant to join our dynamic team in the medical industry. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional who is eager to make a difference in patients' lives. The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting in the diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of urologic conditions, including prostate issues, erectile dysfunction, and ureter disorders. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar capacity and a deep understanding of urologic health.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive patient care in an outpatient setting, focusing on urologic disorders including prostate health, erectile dysfunction, and ureter conditions.
• Assist in surgeries and procedures, demonstrating proficient skills and knowledge in urologic surgery.
• Conduct patient assessments, interpret diagnostic tests, and develop patient treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Educate patients and their families on disease prevention and health promotion practices.
• Participate in ongoing research and quality improvement initiatives related to urologic health.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of medical records.
• Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure the highest level of patient safety and confidentiality.

Qualifications:

• Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) with a valid state license and in good standing.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physician Assistant in urology.
• Advanced knowledge and clinical experience in diagnosing and treating urologic conditions, including prostate disorders, erectile dysfunction, and ureter issues.
• Proficiency in using medical instruments and equipment required in urology.
• Strong surgical assisting skills and experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex medical information to patients and their families.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team, demonstrating respect and professionalism at all times.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with advancements in urologic health.
• Demonstrated commitment to patient safety and quality of care.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
