Salary: $105,000 - $130,000 per year
A bit about us:Our company supplies the aerospace and medical industries with high-precision titanium tube products. Currently, we are looking for a Senior Process Engineer in our Kennewick, WA plant which has roughly 140 employees.
As a Senior Process Engineer, you will support continuous improvement efforts across all manufacturing processes. Some of the duties will include: defining tube reduction passes, designing tube-reducing tooling, process control for vacuum annealing, validating impact of process or equipment changes, documenting findings and recommendations, defining and maintaining manufacturing route steps, among other things.

Bachelor's in Metallurgical Engineering or closely related discipline
Process engineering experience of 5 years or more.
Experience in metal forming processes.
Demonstrated knowledge of metallurgy/material science.
Demonstrated experience in a process change control work environment.
Failure analysis investigation and reporting.
Working safely as a core guiding principle.
A working knowledge of statistical methods such as SPC, regression, and hypothesis testing.
Data-based decision making.
A willingness to continually learn and develop proficiency of company and industry methods.
