Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year

Our client is seeking an attorney admitted in New York with 3-5 years experience in all phases of design professional liability defense litigation. Candidate must be experienced in attending court conferences, conducting and defending depositions, drafting and arguing discovery and substantive motions and appeals, and preparing pleadings, discovery demands, and responses.

Responsibilities:

Attending court conferences, conducting and defending depositions, drafting and arguing discovery and substantive motions and appeals, and preparing pleadings, discovery demands, and responses.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. 3-5 years of experience as an attorney, with a focus on legal research, legal writing, and civil litigation.
3. Admission to the NY State Bar.
4. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases with varying deadlines.
5. Strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically.
6. Excellent legal research and writing skills.
7. Proficiency in using legal research software and other legal technologies.
8. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to providing superior client service.
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
10. High ethical standards and professional integrity.
