Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year

Requirements
- Technical/Associate Degree in Engineering or 3+ years of injection molding experience.
Skills
- IATF standard knowledge, strong communication, problem-solving, and statistical analysis skills.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and improve plastic manufacturing processes, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Specify, purchase, install, and troubleshoot production processes and equipment.
- Maintain IATF 16949 quality standards to produce high-quality parts.
- Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams on APQP, production, delivery, cost, and quality issues.
- Lead and support production employees to meet performance goals.
- Handle related engineering tasks and ensure proper sampling and qualification of new tools and processes.
