Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 per year

We are a is a privately owned entrepreneurial real estate investment and asset management company that's looking to hire an Investment Accountant in Orange County ASAP!

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of financial accounting experience in real estate investment, real estate development, private equity, investment advisory, or public accounting
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in accounting or finance
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, internal controls, etc.
• Computer skills including Microsoft Office, Excel, and Yardi experience is a plus
